Ricci Tartufi Tuscany is born from the passion for the precious diamonds of the earth, a company specialized in the marketing of carefully selected and high quality fresh truffles.
Our truffles are collected exclusively in the Tuscan lands, by professional quarrymen, able to respect nature and the natural course of this splendid product of the earth.
In the small reality of Ricci Tartufi you will not always find fresh truffles available at any time, as part of our commercial philosophy wants to guarantee the maximum freshness of the product. How? Respecting the times of the quarrymen and commissioning the collection, so as to be able to process the order within two days, guaranteeing a product that was still underground until a few hours before delivery.
Passion has been handed down for generations, and remains a firm leader in our business.

One of our corporate missions is to safeguard the truffle areas of our land, Tuscany, with daily work by quarrymen and special bodies, respecting the natural cycle of truffles.

GET TO KNOW JONATHAN RICCI EXCAVATOR
My first approach to the world of truffles began thanks to a puppy of bracco given to me by my grandfather at the tender age of 15.
From that moment the passion made itself felt immediately.
Even today I remember my first experiences in the woods with great pleasure.
Since then, countless have been the bogged down cars, mud-filled chasms and thrills I've felt for every single diamond on earth I've quarried.
From what I initially cultivated as a great passion, the desire to share the emotion I feel every time I bring a freshly pulled truffle to my nose with people close to me was subsequently born through the experience at the table.
